And just like that the summer holidays are done for another year. With school back, many of us are turning our attention to school preparations. We’ve put together some of our favourite healthy lunch box ideas to help you get back into the groove, fuel your kiddos and keep them on track for a successful year.
Rice Paper Rolls
Rice paper rolls are a great lunch option, jammed packed with a variety of fresh flavours and ingredients, they’re easy to prepare and even more delicious to eat. Click here for a range of yummy combinations the kiddos will love.
Muffins
Muffins are perfect for lunch boxes, they can be baked on the weekend and stored in the freezer for later (if they last that long!). These moreish Banana muffins are one of our favourites.
Cucumber Sushi
This fresh take on the traditional sushi is so much easier to make and pack into lunch boxes – don’t forget the soy sauce.
Zucchini and Cauliflower Fritters
Packed full of veggies, with a super crunchy outside and a delicious centre, your kids won’t be able to get enough of these healthy fritters. We suggest making them in bulk on the weekend so you have enough to last the entire week.
